🌞 Ordering in Warm Weather
Sahara Naturals® Whipped Body Butter and Raw Shea Butter products may melt in temperatures of 89°F or higher.
During warmer months (May through September), products may soften or melt while in transit. If temperatures exceed 90°F for extended periods, we may delay shipping until conditions improve to help protect your order.
No. Shea butter is a West African ingredient that naturally withstands heat. Melting does not impact the effectiveness or quality of the product.
If your product melts:
- Let it return to room temperature
Or place it in the refrigerator to solidify
Note: Whipped butters may lose their fluffy texture but will still provide the same moisturizing benefits.
If you live in a hot climate or are ordering during summer months, please order at your own risk. We recommend contacting us before placing your order if you have concerns.
- Ship to an address where someone can receive the package (such as a workplace)
- Bring your package indoors immediately after delivery
- Avoid leaving packages in direct sunlight, mailboxes, or porches
📦 Shipping & Orders
We currently ship within the United States, including:
- APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer than standard delivery times.

At this time, expedited shipping is not available for APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $60.00 within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within standard business timelines. However, during periods of extreme heat, shipping may be delayed to prevent product damage.
🔄 Returns, Refunds & Order Policies
All sales are final. Because our products are made with natural ingredients and handcrafted in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions before placing your order to ensure the best experience.
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and product integrity, we are unable to restock or resell returned skincare products.
Additionally, natural and handmade products may vary slightly in texture, scent, or appearance—this is part of their authenticity and not considered a defect.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Once reviewed, we will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.
If an item is missing, please notify us within 3 days of delivery, and we will prioritize reshipping the missing item.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are issued at the discretion of Sahara Naturals.
If approved, refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for processing.

If a package is returned to Sahara Naturals, we will issue a refund for the product cost only. Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Shipping insurance is pre-selected at checkout to help protect your order.
If you keep shipping insurance selected, your package is covered for loss, theft, or damage. In this case, you may file a claim within 15 days of delivery, and we will assist you through the process if needed.
If you choose to remove shipping insurance at checkout, Sahara Naturals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In these cases, you will need to file a claim directly with United States Postal Service (USPS) or the shipping carrier used for your order.
