Shipping and Returns Policy
At Sahara Naturals, we strive to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. location, and we currently ship only within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, and military addresses.
Please review our shipping and return policies below for important details on processing times, delivery, and eligibility.
Order Processing
- Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped. This timeframe does not include shipping transit time.
- Seasonal delays, unexpected volume increases, or product-specific circumstances (e.g., preorders or backorders) will be communicated either through updates on this page or within the product description.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Timeframes
The shipping method selected at checkout reflects the carrier’s estimated transit time once your order has been processed and shipped.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the following U.S. locations:
- All 50 states (including Hawaii and Alaska)
- U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
- U.S. Military Addresses: APO, FPO, and DPO
Please note:
- Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, and military addresses may take longer than standard delivery times.
- Expedited shipping is not available for APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
- At this time, Sahara Naturals does not offer international shipping outside the United States.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
To protect your purchase, shipping insurance is pre-selected at checkout. By leaving this option enabled, you are covered for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- A package is considered “lost” if there are no tracking updates for more than 7 days.
- If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, and you opted in for insurance, you can file a claim here.
Claims Process
- Issues must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date (as indicated by tracking information).
- Refunds or replacements are only available for purchases made directly through Sahara Naturals.
- If you purchased from a retail partner, please contact them directly for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns
All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and details before placing your order.
Due to the handmade nature of our products and the use of natural ingredients, slight variations in size, color, scent, or consistency may occur. These differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, please report it within 3 days of delivery. Eligible items will be resent at no additional cost.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please report it within 3 days of delivery. We will prioritize reshipping the missing item promptly.
Out-of-Stock Items
In rare cases, an out-of-stock item may be refunded or replaced with a similar product at our discretion.
Returned Packages
Packages returned to Sahara Naturals by the carrier will be refunded for the product cost only.
Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Refunds Policy
Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and issued at Sahara Naturals’ discretion.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
Non-Refundable Costs
- Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by Sahara Naturals.
